Honeywell is seeking an experienced ISC Project Manager in Juarez, Mexico, to drive transformation initiatives across multiple sites. You will lead high‑impact projects through strategy to execution, aligning with STP processes and delivering on time and within budget.

The role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and cross‑functional collaboration to realize cost savings and resilience improvements across the Americas ISC footprint.

Formación

• Experience leading high‑impact, high‑complexity projects in ISC/operations.
• Strong financial literacy with P&L impact and cost savings.
• Proficiency in STP and Six Sigma/Lean as applied to transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies and execute transformation projects including Americas ISC Resilience and localization.
• PM all sending and receiving activities for transformation projects with focus on Juarez manufacturing sites.
• Deliver projects on budget and schedule with identified financial benefits.
• Conduct due diligence, hidden factory capture and flawless project execution.
• Translate and implement program plans into actionable projects with costs, schedule and benefits.
• Ensure global use of STP tools to manage implementation.
• Manage project charters, risks, schedules, HRP/Accolade data updates, financial targets, and leadership briefings.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean to implement corrective actions.
