Turner in Juarez, Mexico seeks an ISC Project Manager to drive transformation across the Integrated Supply Chain. Lead strategy to execution, coordinating across four manufacturing facilities in Juarez and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Apply Six Sigma and Lean principles, manage charters, risks and stakeholder communications, and report progress and benefits to leadership.

Formación

• Experience leading large transformation projects across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of project cost, savings, and financial impacts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies and execute transformation projects across Americas ISC.
• PM all sending and receiving activities for Juarez sites with focus on manufacturing sites.
• Deliver projects on budget, on schedule with identified financial benefits.
• Conduct robust due diligence and ensure flawless project execution.
• Translate plans into actionable projects with accurate costs, schedule and benefits.
• Use Standard Transitions Process to manage implementation of business transformation projects.
