Job summary

Mace is seeking a Project Manager for its consult business in Mexico City. You will support delivery of project objectives in line with the Project Plan, uphold Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards, and collaborate to maintain robust quality and risk management frameworks.

You will attend meetings, assist with changes, and contribute to handover documentation while aligning with Construction to Production and Digital & Data priorities. Hybrid working options may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Developing knowledge and experience in project management.
• Understanding of construction, programme management, scheduling, procurement and reporting.
• Developing experience in budget oversight and project financial management.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, project planning and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improving working practices.
• Developing knowledge of relevant sectors, including consultancy, construction, infrastructure and property.
• Understanding of HSE requirements and regulations.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, contract administration, procurement, commercial controls and reporting.
• Working towards MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or local equivalent.
• Developing experience in a project management or equivalent role, including construction delivery.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in project management or related discipline.
• CSCS card or local equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Works with the project team to assist in delivering project objectives per the Project Plan.
• Engages in Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards at all project stages.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to manage and monitor quality systems.
• Attends meetings and provides contextual information and analysis.
• Partners with stakeholders in risk management and mitigation.
• Assists in tracking changes and formalising within timeframes.
• Assists in providing handover documentation prior to practical completion.
• Understands priorities from Construction to Production, Digital & Data and responsible business.
• Collects information or conducts research as required.
• Updates and manages project plans, processes and procedures.
• Utilises CoE knowledge base and best practice signposting.
• Contributes to net zero carbon transition and emissions reduction during delivery.
