As an Investment Solutions Analyst, you will work with the US Growth Team. The Role

1. Utilize your knowledge of the retirement plan landscape to support the US Investments business.
2. Support the creation of customized client solutions tailored to their needs.
3. Perform analysis and develop sales materials for proposals.
4. Manage multiple assignments collaboratively.
5. Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders promptly and effectively.
6. Assist team members with presentations.
7. Ensure all work meets professional excellence standards.
8. Build strong internal and external relationships and collaborate effectively.

The Requirements

1. 2-5 years of experience in a financial services environment.
2. Understanding of financial markets and institutional investing.
3. High attention to detail with a record of delivering accurate, high-quality work.
4. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; progress toward CFA or MBA is a plus.
