Willis Towers Watson in Mexico City is seeking a data office lead to oversee BAU data management for investments data. You will supervise the Mexico Data Team, ensure timely and accurate delivery, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to meet data standards and drive business outcomes.

The role requires 5–8+ years in asset/investment data, SME in IBOR, pricing, counterparties and clients, and a track record mentoring teams and handling data migrations and transformations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-8+ years' experience in Asset Management, Investment Management, Wealth Management, or related environment.
• Strong understanding of investment data (portfolios, securities, pricing, counterparties, clients, IBOR datasets).
• Experience leading or coordinating a team, managing day-to-day delivery, prioritization and oversight.
• Proven SME for investment data, business processes and data-related issues.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with SQL, Power BI or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the Mexico Data Team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of BAU data management processes.
• Act as the primary SME for IBOR, security master, pricing, counterparty and client datasets.
• Oversee workload prioritisation, issue resolution and service levels.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Lead data migration, onboarding and transformation activities affecting the Mexico business.
• Collaborate with data owners, stakeholders and technology teams to address data requirements.
