WPP Media Limited is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Analytics & BI for the Global Operations Centre. You will build and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), generate reports, and develop measurement frameworks aligned with campaign objectives.

You will also define data requirements, perform validation, and ensure data governance across multiple platforms while coordinating with Data Ops/Engineering and onshore/offshore teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data QA in a digital marketing/ media environment.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Power BI; experience with Datorama, Tableau, or Looker is highly valued.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or ETL scripting; exposure to cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations across platforms.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports reflecting digital media campaign performance.
• Define and implement campaign measurement frameworks and KPIs with robust benchmarks.
• Manage reporting playbooks, calendars, and milestones to drive accountability.
• Design test plans, test cases, and automated validation scripts to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between visualization tools (Power BI, Datorama, Tableau) and data sources.
• Support data governance and taxonomy alignment for paid media data.
• Collaborate with Data Operations and Data Engineering to ensure stable data architecture.
• Coordinate intake and QA of partner-provided performance data.
• Track project timelines and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Adapt to onshore/offshore operating model and support multiple agency teams.
• Identify repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, data schemas, QA tests, and changelogs.
