Job summary

WTW in Mexico City is hiring an Investment Performance Analyst to support Client Service and other teams by delivering accurate performance analyses for pension plans. You will review AUM, compute account and total-plan returns, and help ensure high-quality reporting.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Client Leads, Operations, and Research teams, gaining broad exposure to the investment process while sharpening your technical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in investment operations, trade support, or finance.
• Knowledge of financial mathematics and performance measurement concepts.
• Strong analytic skills and data accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience using databases or data-management tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to learn and expand investment and performance-measurement knowledge.
• Ability to work in an inclusive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and organize information required for investment performance calculations and reporting.
• Obtain financial statements and data from custodians and data sources.
• Gather and maintain information on investment managers and accounts per client portfolio.
• Review monthly AUM for clients’ pension plans and investigate data inconsistencies.
• Calculate and validate returns at account and total-plan levels using statements.
• Collaborate with Client Service teams to deliver accurate, timely work.
• Respond to evolving priorities and support additional reporting needs.
• Follow controls, documentation standards, and escalation processes to ensure data quality.
