Talent Hackers is looking for an Inventory & Operations Manager in Mexico to manage end-to-end inventory visibility, PO coordination, and supply chain execution across various sales channels. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and fulfillment partners to ensure that inventory is managed efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in inventory management, particularly in Walmart operations, and be proficient in tools like SPS Commerce and Google Sheets. Strong communication skills in English are also essential.

This position offers an opportunity to work full-time EST, ensuring inventory levels are optimal and stockout risks are minimized.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on Walmart operations experience, including forecasting and inventory planning.
• Experience using SPS Commerce for EDI, order management, or shipment workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly PO planning, submissions, tracking, and vendor confirmation.
• Monitor inventory levels across both fulfillment centers and all active SKUs.
• Forecast demand across DTC, B2B, and Walmart as a dedicated channel.
