Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations in Mexico City. You will lead inbound/outbound flows, maintain inventory accuracy, and plan labor, equipment, space, and resources.

You will coordinate supervisors across Receiving, PVS, and Shipping, drive continuous improvement, uphold safety and quality, and collaborate with multiple teams to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or operations management.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Distribution Center Manager, or equivalent leader.
• Experience managing warehouse teams, inventory, productivity, service levels, and costs.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, VAS, shipping, and returns.
• Experience with WMS and ERP transaction processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management, dashboards, KPIs, 5S, layout, capacity planning, safety, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across Receiving, Put-Away, Storage, VAS, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns.
• Coordinate supervisors across Receiving, Picking, VAS, and Shipping.
• Prioritize work and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks.
• Track KPIs and warehouse performance; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Uphold safety and quality standards; coach leaders and teams.
• Partner with Customer Service, Distribution, Transportation, Customs, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams to meet customer commitments.
