Flex is seeking an Inventory Control Manager for its Juarez Sur site to lead inventory accuracy and control processes. You will collaborate with customers, purchasing, project managers, and warehouse teams to meet service levels and optimize costs.

Formación

• Advanced English language skills required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with inter-site materials analysis and data assessment.
• Ability to analyze inventory count discrepancies.
• Experience negotiating excess inventory reductions.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures high customer satisfaction by negotiating expectations and directing staff.
• Coordinates with customers, purchasing, project managers, business unit managers and warehouse managers.
• Analyzes data from the MRP system.
• Establishes policies/procedures for the site with materials group.
• Develops metrics to meet site/corporate needs.
• Manages cycle count operations and physical inventories.
