Bombardier, located in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking an International Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate payroll processing across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have international payroll experience, a strong background in compliance, and advanced Excel skills.

This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. In addition to a competitive base salary, employees will enjoy various insurance plans and an Employee Assistance Program.

Formación

• 6 months to 2 years of international payroll experience across APAC, EMEA, LATAM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and processes.

Responsabilidades

International Payroll Analyst

Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries.
• Validate payroll inputs and outputs prior to finalization.
• Process payroll transactions and meet strict payroll deadlines.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and support month‑end and year‑end activities.
• Partner with external payroll providers to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, Benefits etc. teams globally.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve payroll issues with urgency.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Support audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation.
• Handle end‑to‑end payroll processing using manual methods.
• Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and efficiency.
• Drive standardization, automation, and documentation.
• Challenge existing processes and propose scalable solutions.
• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Between six (6) months to two (2) years of international payroll experience (APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, TRESS, etc.).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
