Nubank in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Specialist to plan and deliver clear, engaging communications for Nu employees in Mexico. You will shape strategies, content, and messaging across teams.

The role requires strong editorial judgment, bilingual Spanish and English, and the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences. You will work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Formación

• Solid experience in internal communications, ideally in the technology, financial, or consumer sectors.
• Experience developing and executing internal communication plans with agility, accountability, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting executive communications, employee engagement, change communications, or organizational communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and relevant for different employee audiences.
• Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills, including the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality communications in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans that connect company priorities and updates to employees in a clear, timely, and engaging way.
• Create, edit, and publish content for internal channels, including slack posts, internal announcements, presentations, talking points, FAQs, and other materials.
• Prepare executives and senior leaders for internal communications, including all-hands meetings, leadership messages, and Q&A sessions.
• Design communication plans that support organizational, operational, cultural, and business changes.
• Partner with Human Resources to develop initiatives that strengthen employee connection and understanding of Nu’s mission.
• Support timely, accurate communications during sensitive situations or disruptions in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with People, Culture, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing to align messages.
• Manage editorial calendars, workflows, approvals, and ensure message consistency across channels.
• Monitor reach and engagement; use feedback and data to improve content and channels.
• Collaborate across Nu markets to adapt global messages to Mexican employees.
