The ideal candidate will oversee internal messaging, develop strategies that align with company values, and support various engagement campaigns. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role offers hands-on delivery without direct people management.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in communications or employee engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience creating content for internal audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
• Create content for announcements and newsletters.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure messaging consistency across internal materials.
