Teradata in Mexico is offering an Internship Program within Technology Intelligence Services. You will document, test, and improve Teradata’s internal AI platform, writing runbooks and tracing platform requests to build a clear dependency inventory. You’ll identify gaps, baseline AI tool usage, and contribute to platform projects.

You will publish the AI Enablement intranet and translate changes into accessible guides and notes for a busy workforce.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT with a convenio de colaboración.
• Linux CLI proficiency and scripting in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with Git including branching and PRs.
• Professional-level technical writing in English.
• Available for a 12–16 week internship.

Responsabilidades

• Document, test, and improve Teradata’s internal AI platform infrastructure.
• Write and test runbooks for deployments, maintenance, and recovery.
• Trace requests to build a dependency inventory across components.
• Identify undocumented steps and propose concrete improvements.
• Establish usage baselines for AI tools and usage.
• Contribute to AI platform projects and publish documentation.
• Publish and maintain AI Enablement intranet documentation.
• Translate technical changes into readable release notes.
