Teradata in Mexico offers an internship within the AI Enablement & Strategy team. You will document the AI platform infrastructure, create runbooks, trace request flows, and identify process gaps while working closely with engineers.

This 12–16 week program focuses on hands-on enterprise tooling, documentation as code, and practical communication. You’ll gain mentorship, publish intranet docs, and build deliverables that outlive the internship.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT or related field.
• Proficiency with Linux at the command line and scripting in Python or Bash.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Professional-level English technical writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Map AI platform infra: hosts, services, dependencies, and integration points.
• Write and test runbooks for deployments, maintenance, and failures.
• Trace request flow to build a dependency inventory and service calls.
• Identify process gaps and recommend concrete fixes with owners.
• Establish usage baselines for AI tools to guide expansion decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers on AI platform projects and test environments.
• Publish and maintain AI Enablement intranet documentation.
• Translate changes into readable release notes and guides.
