Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Mexicali seeks an experienced Intercompany Planner Buyer to optimize material flow and supply chain operations across Aero Structures sites. You will manage intercompany orders, demand planning, and supplier agreements while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires analytical, proactive professionals with SAP, Excel, and advanced English skills who thrive in a dynamic, international environment and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

University degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
Proven customer focus and self-driven problem-solving abilities.
Experience with SAP procurement and advanced Excel/data analysis.

Responsibilities

Ensure intercompany planning aligns with procedures and policies.
Lead intercompany projects to streamline product flow across Aero Structures sites.
Manage stock transfer orders, purchase orders, long-term agreements, and pricing records.
Review intercompany demand, process sales orders, and support working capital and operations planning.
Collaborate with production control to address capacity and delivery challenges.
Occasional travel to the United States; visa may be required.
Requires proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
