Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field with 5+ years of experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems.
Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight.

Responsibilities

Execute procurement processes including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and PO management.
Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services with compliant terms.
Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving delays or quality issues.
Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data to support cost optimization.
Advanced proficiency in English.
