Job summary

Thomson Reuters México is seeking an Integration Engineer to join our Technical Integrations division within Professional Services. You will help design and implement data integrations using Java, .NET, and SQL, guiding customers through installation and testing.

You will work closely with Product, Technology, and Customer Support to ensure ongoing integration functionality while applying strong English, ETL, and REST API security skills (OAuth2/OIDC/SAML).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technology program (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience creating integrations and performing ETL work.
• Experience with process analysis, design, field mapping, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Experience with SOAP services using XML payload.
• Experience with Java, .NET, and SQL.
• Experience with identity providers like ForgeRock, Ping, and Okta.
• Experience with REST API development with security (OAuth2, UMA, OIDC, or SAML).

Responsibilities

• Support and guide customers through installation, configuration, and testing of data integrations.
• Use Java/SQL to customize existing interfaces.
• Analyze customer integrations (field mapping) across the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Customer Support to maintain integration functionality.
• Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
