Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Integration Engineer to support and guide customers through installation, configuration, and testing of data integrations. You will use Java/SQL to tailor interfaces and analyze field mappings across the full implementation lifecycle.

Collaborating with Product, Technology, and Customer Support, the role requires strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A hybrid work model is available, with career growth and global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology program.
• 2–3 years of experience creating integrations and performing ETL work.
• Experience with process analysis, design, field mapping, configuration, and implementation.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Experience with SOAP services using XML payload.
• Experience with Java, .NET, and SQL.
• Experience with major identity providers such as ForgeRock, Ping, and Okta.
• Experience with REST API development with security emphasis (OAuth2, UMA, OIDC, SAML).

Responsibilities

• Support and guide customers through installation, configuration, and testing of data integrations.
• Use Java/SQL to customize interfaces.
• Analyze customer integrations (field mapping) across design to production support.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Customer Support teams to maintain integration functionality.
• Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences for Sales and Customer Success teams.
