Randstad México is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, develop and deploy scalable integration solutions using TIBCO, REST APIs, IPaaS and microservices. You will work with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business needs and ensure reliable delivery.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on API and integration tooling experience, and the ability to influence others. Initial contract through Randstad with potential direct engagement after three months.

Formación

• 5+ years in software development leadership or integration roles.
• Strong communication with business and IT.
• Hands-on experience with integration tech: APIGEE, REST, Kafka, IPaaS.
• Knowledge of Tibco BW 6.x and EMS.
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus.
• Familiarity with microservices and Java/Python is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Product environments.

Responsabilidades

About The Company: Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are looking for an Integration Engineer to join our center at Randstad Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO,REST APIs, ESB, IPaaS, EDA/Microservices technologies.
• Create and maintain specifications, documents, test plans and scripts.
• Develop prototypes and demonstrate various alternatives for functional business requirements for a wide audience range.
• Resolve defects discovered during all phases of development and maintenance including severity 1 production issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Product Owners to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Define and enforce integration standards, coding practices, and technical documentation across the integration landscape.
• Building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
• Partnering with Enterprise architecture, Security and global teams through an alliance relationship and owning the technology solution topics around integration topics.

Requirements:

• Degree (Bachelor or Masters ) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Software Development Lead, Integration Architect and/or as Software developer
• Outstanding functional and technical communication skills and demonstrated business and IT collaboration.
• Hands on/working knowledge of most environments described below is required:
• Strong knowledge of APIGEE, REST APIs, Kafka, IPaaS etc. Hands on any of the IPaaS (Mule soft, Boomi, etc..)
• Tibco Business Works 6.x, Enterprise Message Service (EMS)
• Knowledge of Container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microservices and/or JAVA/Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and strong ability to influence others.
• Agile/Product experience is a plus.
• Proficient in relational data modeling concepts and implementations.
• Initial contract through Randstad and after 3 months direct contract with the client.
