Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Insurance Sales professional in Mexico (Jalisco region) to drive growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening client relationships within the logistics and freight-forwarding sector.

You will lead insurance proposals, coordinate with pricing and operations, and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to implement tailored insurance solutions.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales.
• Experience with Credit Insurance and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Expand the customer portfolio through proactive prospecting activities and collaboration with the sales team.
• Deliver consultative support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
• Lead complex insurance proposals and negotiations aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure insurance implementations.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality sales pipeline data, CRM accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Pricing and Operations teams to ensure service excellence.
• Support the development of the sales team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the execution of commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth.
