Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative (Property & TC I) in a role that drives business growth through new opportunities and strong client relationships. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale support, lead insurance proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to implement insurance solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in insurance sales, knowledge of Credit Insurance and P&C, and solid communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales.
• Experience with Credit Insurance and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Expand the customer portfolio through proactive prospecting activities and collaboration with the sales team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing consultative support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
• Lead complex insurance proposals and negotiations, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of insurance solutions.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality sales pipeline data, CRM accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Partner closely with Pricing and Operations teams to ensure service excellence and operational alignment.
• Support the development of the sales team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and regular performance discussions.
• Contribute to the execution of commercial strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
