Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative (Property & TCI) in Mexico to drive growth, expand the client base, and deliver superior consultative insurance solutions.

You will manage complex proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain a high-quality CRM and pipeline to support sustained business value.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales.
• Experience and knowledge of Credit Insurance and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience working with logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Expand the customer portfolio through proactive prospecting and collaboration with the sales team.
• Provide consultative support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Lead complex insurance proposals and negotiations aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful insurance implementations.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality sales pipeline data, CRM accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Operations teams to ensure service excellence and alignment.
• Support the development of the sales team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
