Cognizant is seeking an Instructional Designer to build high-quality courses using Intellum's Evolve tool and to integrate AI tools into content refinement. The role requires a solid grounding in adult learning theory and instructional methodologies, and 3–5 years of related experience.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering clear, learner-centric content. Strong experience with course development tools and a keen eye for visual layout are essential.

Formación

• Solid foundation in adult learning theory and instructional methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
• 3–5 years of dedicated experience as an Instructional Designer or Curriculum Developer.
• Experience with online course development tools with interactive components.
• Ability to transform complex technical source files into clear and concise content for online or in-person learning.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing deliverables.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs and Google AI tools.

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients asan Instructional Designer

Responsibilities/ day to day activities:

• Build, configure, and maintain highly interactive, high-quality courses within Intellum's Evolve authoring tool (primary).
• Evaluate course content against established adult learning principles, and edit content to ensure a highly engaging learner experience and learner-friendly content flow.
• Proactively integrate internal AI tools (such as Google Gemini, Gemini Notebook/NotebookLM, and Vertex AI Studio) into your daily workflow to help with content refinement, creative concept thinking, visual concept ideation, and content editorial checks.
• Maintain clear, structured, and consistent engagement with all to communicate project status, mitigate project risks, and manage timeline variances and course scopes.

Top Skills:

• Candidates must demonstrate a solid foundation in adult learning theory AND instructional methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
• 3–5 years of dedicated experience as an Instructional Designer or Curriculum Developer.
• Strong experience with online course development tools that utilize multiple learner interactive components, and possess a sharp eye for visual layout.
• Strong content development background with a demonstrated ability to transform complex, raw technical source files into clear and concise content, and engaging online or in-person learning experiences.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing deliverables effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Google AI tools.
