Job summary

Amazon in Mexico City seeks an Instock Specialist to drive inventory decisions and implement best practices for inventory management to maximize sales and margin. You will own the annual strategic and operational plan, lead CPFR forecasting, and optimize forecasting and replenishment systems across vendor accounts.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the annual instock strategic and operational plan for the category, including availability targets and inventory health metrics.
• Lead CPFR strategy at the category level with monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast alignment.
• Audit and optimize forecasting, IPC, and SCM systems to improve replenishment and ordering processes.
• Identify and execute cross-functional supply chain programs with external partners.
