Sotera Health Company is seeking an inside sales/account manager to own and grow a portfolio of small accounts from its Torreón operations. You will serve as the primary commercial contact, manage pricing and quotes, and drive retention and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in inside sales or account management, strong communication, and a commercial mindset. The role involves high-volume accounts with close collaboration across operations, CS, and finance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in inside sales or account management.
• Experience managing multiple small value accounts.
• Strong communication skills and organizational discipline.
• Commercial mindset with pricing and upsell experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and maintain responsiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of small accounts.
• Be main point of contact for pricing, orders, issues and follow-ups.
• Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities.
• Respond to inbound RFQs and new small account leads.
• Manage pricing within defined guidelines and follow up on quotes.
• Coordinate with operations, CS and finance; keep CRM up to date.
• Reactivate inactive or declining accounts and support field sales with transactional business.
