Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of operational processes to ensure compliance with Safe Work Methods and established procedures.
• Supervise personnel including training, performance evaluation, compensation recommendations, and performance management.
• Analyze and review operations, results, and feedback related to operations/storage to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to management.
• Provide assistance on investigations and develop recommendations to resolve working or safety conditions.
• Assist in developing project/program operations/storage objectives, including budgets, timelines, materials, personnel and other requirements; present information to management; may develop/manage moderate scope areas.
• Help receive and give feedback to customers and coordinate resources and responses as needed.
• Interpret and apply department policies and procedures; assist with applicable laws and regulations; ensure compliance of processes and operations; seek guidance as needed.
• Measure and control productivity and internal/external KPIs.
• Develop action plans from root-cause analyses for operation opportunities.
• Manage allocated resources to ensure the operational area has personnel, tools and equipment needed.
