Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer to serve clients and products, including tech kiosks and desks. You will provide software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers and networked devices, and you will install and maintain PCs, networks and peripherals onsite.

You will handle testing, certifications and follow‑ups on problems or escalations, while upholding professionalism and meeting SLA targets to ensure client satisfaction.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May require technical certification or Associate Degree.
• Generally, 1-2 years’ experience in area of responsibility.

• Serves as Field Engineer for specific clients and/or for specific products and applications, including tech kiosks / desks.
• Provides software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms and other networked devices.
• Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers, peripherals and other networked devices.
• Supports network products from both operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative maintenance activities.
• Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required.
• Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applications.
• Provides follow‑up on problems or escalations.
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.
• Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions.
