Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead for Infrastructure Services S in a hybrid Mexico-based role. You will lead cloud and Microsoft platform administration across Azure, AWS, and M365, ensuring robust identity, patching, and server management for enterprise-scale environments.

You will work with Windows and Linux servers, leverage automation with PowerShell, and contribute to on-call incident response while collaborating with global teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Experience administering Azure and AWS in enterprise environments.
• Strong PowerShell skills for automation.
• Experience with SCCM and modern endpoint management (Intune/Ninja).
• Windows Server expert, plus Linux proficiency.
• Professional English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Configuration, management and operations of Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, CoPilot.
• Manage AWS environment (EC2, VPC, Route 53, RDS).
• Oversee Azure footprint including SQL Server for Dynamics 365 reporting.
• Patch and image management with SCCM and Ninja/Intune; patching operations.
• On-prem Windows and Linux server management (Boomi).
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
