Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead - Cybersecurity to design and drive end-to-end security for a multi-tenant SaaS platform in a hybrid Mexico work setup. You will own IAM policies, KMS strategy, and tenant isolation, while implementing controls for APIs, data segregation, and platform services.

You will steer audit, logging, monitoring, and incident response, champion least-privilege and zero-trust, and ensure ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 compliance through close collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or Information Technology.
• MSc in Computer Science is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end security architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Own IAM policies, KMS encryption strategy, tenant isolation models (namespace-based).
• Design security controls for API access, data segregation, and platform services.
• Ensure ISO 27001, IEC 62443 compliance and cloud security best practices.
• Work with engineering to enforce secure-by-design development.
• Define audit, logging, monitoring, and incident response frameworks.
• Implement least-privilege access and zero-trust principles.
