Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Mexico is seeking a Tech Lead - Application Development JAVA P to design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC mandatory) and to lead automation of deployments.

You will build reusable modules, manage EKS clusters, and ensure secure, scalable cloud architecture while enabling zero-manual deployments. The role demands hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS services (EKS, S3, Kinesis, API Gateway) and a strong background in multi-tenant cloud platforms, Java

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Masters in Software Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC mandatory).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of platform components.
• Develop reusable infrastructure modules and platform blueprints.
• Manage EKS clusters, networking, IAM roles, KMS keys, and storage infrastructure.
• Ensure zero manual deployment and full automation compliance.
• Implement observability (logging, monitoring, alerting) across platform.
• Work with security team to enforce secure cloud architecture.
