Job summary

Citigroup in Mexico City is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst 2 to assist with LAN/WAN and help desk administration within the Technology Infrastructure team. You will apply infrastructure knowledge to process data, resolve issues, and perform administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, ensuring data loads are completed, participating in testing, executing project tasks, and supporting risk/compliance activities while maintaining high standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in a Technology Infrastructure role.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytic/diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve problems through evaluative judgment, troubleshooting and analysis.
• Ensure successful completion of data loads and batch processing.
• Participate in testing activities and create/execute basic test scripts.
• Execute project plan tasks and contribute to delivery.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and Citigroup policies.
• Translate direction into actionable steps and ensure follow‑through.
• Apply domain expertise and analytical rigor to deliver outputs meeting standards.
• Exercise professional judgement in day‑to‑day responsibilities and drive delivery.
