Job summary

Influur is seeking a List Builder to identify and curate creator lists that align with brand briefs and campaign goals. You will research across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to build precise, high-quality matches for each brief.

You’ll translate campaigns into selection criteria, stay on top of trends, and manage multiple briefs quickly while maintaining accuracy and depth of insight.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in influencer marketing or related field.
• Researching, sourcing, and evaluating creators across platforms.
• Understanding creator and brand fit.
• Translate briefs into creator selection criteria.
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital culture.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and high volumes.
• Attention to detail and fast-paced work.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Identify creators who fit each brand, audience, and campaign objective.
• Turn brand briefs into strategic creator lists.
• Research, source, and evaluate creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
