Influur is reimagining influencer marketing through creators, data, and AI, and we’re scaling fast across music, culture, and entertainment. We’re seeking an Outreach Specialist who will combine influencer marketing, AI, and data to discover new creators, build relationships, and scale outreach.

You’ll partner with campaigns to identify talent, improve response rates, and create efficient processes, using both human intuition and automation to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong familiarity with influencer marketing, creator outreach, campaign coordination, or talent sourcing.
• Solid understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and what makes an influencer a good fit for a brand or campaign.
• Ability to evaluate influencer profiles using basic performance metrics, including engagement, audience relevance, and content quality.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to learn and experiment with new tools.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking outreach activities, and interpreting basic performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage naturally and professionally with creators across different markets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple creator conversations, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and connect with influencers who align with clients' needs, objectives, and target audiences.
• Proactively build pipelines of relevant creators for upcoming campaigns.
• Analyze creator profiles using engagement, audience demographics, and brand fit.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline discovery, personalize outreach, and scale efforts.
• Monitor outreach metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage influencer conversations across email, social channels, and other outlets.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve AI agents and automation workflows.
• Coordinate with Campaign Management and List Building teams for pipeline consistency.
• Test new outreach strategies and AI-powered solutions to boost efficiency and results.
