Job summary

Procter & Gamble Mexico in Irapuato, Guanajuato, seeks a Chronos Process Engineer & Digital Leader to drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and digitalization initiatives at the Chronos Plant.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize production lines, implement MES and IoT, and build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau to support data-driven decisions. Bachelor’s degree in related engineering; strong analytics and change-management skills; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a process/manufacturing engineering field.
• Experience with process improvement and data analytics preferred.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Optimize production lines to reduce waste and improve OEE.
• Lead digital manufacturing tech integration (MES, IoT, PLC).
• Extract, model, and visualize data to create actionable dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Production, Maintenance, IT/OT, Quality, and Safety.
