Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with IoT platforms, automation software, and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and edge computing in manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.
• Experience with industrial software and simulation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions including IoT systems and data analytics frameworks to optimize production processes.
• Stay current with Industry 4.0 advancements and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Support I4.0 project execution and stabilization.
• Manage I4.0 projects from concept through stabilization and execution.
• Create and update dashboards, reports, and KPIs for production performance.
• Design data models and KPIs and develop advanced dashboards.
• Support automation, analytics, and AI deployments including MLOps concepts.
• Develop and maintain software solutions and tooling for I4.0 initiatives.
• Govern software architecture, DevOps, and lifecycle for I4.0 tools.
• Track project tasks, timelines, and actions to ensure timely delivery.
