Job summary

P&G in Irapuato, Guanajuato, seeks a Chronos Process Engineer & Digital Leader to drive lean manufacturing, digitalization, and data analytics across the Chronos Plant. The role combines process improvement, Industry 4.0 technologies, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead initiatives with Production, Maintenance, IT/OT, Quality, and Safety teams, build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and promote adoption of new tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree with process/manufacturing focus.
• Experience in process improvement and manufacturing digitalization.
• Experience with data analytics and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive process-improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Optimize production lines to reduce waste and improve OEE.
• Lead digital manufacturing projects, MES, IoT, and PLC integration.
• Extract, model, and visualize data to develop predictive dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Production, Maintenance, IT/OT, Quality, and Safety.
