Job summary

Unilever seeks an Associate Director - B&W Industrial Finance Lead & Monterrey Controller to drive financial leadership for the North America manufacturing network. You will lead industrial finance, governance and cost performance across multiple sites and partner with senior executives across Finance and Supply Chain.

You will own production cost performance, lead cost reduction initiatives, and shape financial strategy for a high-impact, fast-moving transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong industrial finance or controllership background.
• Forecasting, cost accounting and P&L drivers expertise.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
• Proven experience leading teams across sites and geographies.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear actions.
• Fluency in English; Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead B&W Industrial Finance across the manufacturing network, integrating cost, volume, savings and risks into a single performance view.
• Lead Finance and Controllership for Monterrey, enforcing governance and controls as the site scales.
• Own production cost performance, including cost reduction plans and weekly cost tracking.
• Lead network CPT and savings performance, providing actionable insights to the business.
• Partner with Factory Directors on capacity planning, performance and major decisions.
• Ensure MEC governance, fixed asset compliance and proper factory cost allocation.
• Collaborate with Transformation Finance and PMO to deliver savings and business-case performance.
