You will be the primary financial contact, translating results into actionable insights for stakeholders.

The role requires 7–8 years in financial roles, plant experience preferred, advanced Excel and strong communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in financial roles such as controlling, cost analysis, plant finance.
• Plant experience in financial or operational environments preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial support and business partnering to assigned clusters.
• Analyze inventory and materials accounts affecting P&L and balance sheet.
• Manage plant inventories, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and optimize financial performance reports.
• Translate results into clear insights for stakeholders.
