Uline, a leading North American distributor, seeks a Country Controller for the Monterrey Branch. This role directs credit, collections and cash application operations, shaping financial strategy and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will bring a bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, 10+ years in finance with 7+ years of leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with 7+ years of proven leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily Credit, Collections and Cash Application operations, ensuring strong performance and high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to shape strategy and drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
• Monitor internal audits to assess workflows and individual performance, identifying coaching opportunities.
