Job summary

Unilever seeks an Associate Director to lead B&W Industrial Finance and serve as MTY Controller. You will drive financial performance across the North American manufacturing network, connect cost and CPT with savings, and partner with senior Finance and Supply Chain leaders to transform where and how products are made.

This high-impact leadership role requires strong governance, cost accounting, and people leadership across multiple sites, with fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing finance and controllership.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Comfort working with senior leaders across sites and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Industrial Finance across the manufacturing network with cost, savings and risks insights.
• Oversee Monterrey finance governance, controls and site-level performance.
• Own production cost performance, including forecasts vs. actuals.
• Drive network CPT and savings performance with clear actions.
• Partner with Directors on capacity and major operational decisions.
• Ensure asset governance and cost allocation accuracy.
• Collaborate with Transformation Finance to deliver cost and savings commitments.
• Develop and connect finance talent across the network.
