Job summary
Unilever seeks an Associate Director - B&W Industrial Finance Lead & MTY Controller to lead industrial finance across the North America manufacturing network and to own Monterrey site governance and financial performance.
You will partner with senior Supply Chain and Finance leaders to drive cost control, performance reporting and strategic cost-reduction initiatives as the site scales in a fast-moving transformation.
Qualifications
- Strong industrial/ manufacturing finance or controllership experience.
- Ability to connect cost, volume, CPT, savings and risks into a performance view.
- Proven leadership across sites and geographies with strategic influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead industrial finance across the manufacturing network and own Monterrey controllership.
- Manage production cost performance, cost reduction plans and forecasts vs actuals.
- Drive CPT and savings performance with clear insights for actions.
- Partner with Factory Directors/Planning on capacity and operational decisions.
- Ensure governance, asset controls and allocation of factory costs.
- Collaborate with Transformation Finance/PMO on savings and business cases.
