Qualificações

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of simulation applications and data visualization tools a plus.
• English level: B2-C1.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with project teams to implement new projects and provide labor estimates from concept through production start.
• Review design concepts and generate engineered labor standards; suggest design changes to optimize installation and ergonomics.
• Apply LEAN methods to plan new processes, create work cells, and eliminate waste to increase efficiency.
• Maintain and update existing labor standards and perform time and motion studies on complex tasks.
