Qualifications

• CAD experience with AutoCAD.
• English level B2-C1.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to implement new projects and provide labor estimates.
• Review design concepts and engineer labor standards.
• Apply LEAN methods to plan processes and improve ergonomics.
• Maintain and update labor standards.
• Perform time and motion studies using standard methods.
• Support in capacity planning, equipment cost justification, and make‑buy studies.
