is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations by analyzing processes, reducing waste and increasing productivity. You will collaborate with design engineering, production, quality and manufacturing engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process or Mechanical Engineering, 2+ years of experience,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of relevant experience within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio and CAD tools a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with project teams to implement new projects and provide labor estimates from concept to production start.
• Review new design concepts and generate engineered labor standards; recommend design changes to optimize install labor and ergonomics.
• Utilize LEAN methods to plan new processes and work cells, and optimize existing operations to eliminate waste and increase efficiency.
• Maintain and update existing labor standards and perform time and motion studies on complex tasks.
• Assist in developing standards, guidelines and procedures for documenting labor standards.
• Provide engineering and economic analyses for facilities, workflows, methods and processes; participate in capacity planning and make-buy studies.
