Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced OT cybersecurity professional to support regional go-to-market initiatives across Latin America. You will design and deliver OT cybersecurity solutions, collaborate with diverse teams, and help meet safety, quality, and regulatory demands.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity within industrial settings, strong English, and familiarity with IEC62443/NERC CIP standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity, ideally in industrial or OT environments.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity controls (network security, SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management).
• Advanced level of English and strong communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of IEC62443, NERC CIP is a plus.

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will work closely with Siemens Energy’s regional go-to-market teams, cybersecurity experts, and customer-facing stakeholders across Latin America. Your day will involve supporting sales initiatives, developing cybersecurity solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to design and deliver OT cybersecurity offerings tailored to customer needs.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support go-to-market teams in executing cybersecurity sales campaigns targeting enterprise and aftermarket accounts across LATAM
• Collaborate on multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers
• Design and develop OT cybersecurity solutions tailored to specific customer requirements and project scopes
• Work within cross-functional teams (cybersecurity, sales, and customer-facing teams) to deliver integrated offerings
• Enable cybersecurity operations teams to meet safety, quality, compliance, and delivery commitments
• Contribute to the development of the regional OT cybersecurity business plan and go-to-market strategy

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally within industrial or OT environments
• Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity controls and solutions (e.g., network security, SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability and risk management)
• Advanced level of English
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills. Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Knowledge of IEC62443, NERC CIP, and critical infrastructure regulations is a plus
