Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced OT cybersecurity professional to support regional go-to-market initiatives across Latin America. You will design and deliver OT cybersecurity solutions, collaborate with diverse teams, and help meet safety, quality, and regulatory demands.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity within industrial settings, strong English, and familiarity with IEC62443/NERC CIP standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity, ideally in industrial or OT environments.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity controls (network security, SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management).
• Advanced level of English and strong communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of IEC62443, NERC CIP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support LATAM go-to-market teams in executing cybersecurity sales campaigns.
• Collaborate on multi-channel marketing strategies for customer acquisition.
• Design and develop OT cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Work with cybersecurity, sales, and customer-facing teams to deliver integrated offerings.
• Enable OT security teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Contribute to the regional OT cybersecurity business plan and GTM strategy.
