Overview

A Snapshot of Your Day The Cybersecurity Expert works closely with global and local stakeholders to execute and sustain cybersecurity operations across IT, OT, cloud, and product environments. Daily activities include coordinating security initiatives with manufacturing sites, supporting secure configurations for digital platforms, and addressing operational cybersecurity topics. The role balances hands-on security execution with governance, risk management, and collaboration across engineering, IT, and business teams. Acting as deputy to the Global Cybersecurity Manager, the position ensures continuity, alignment, and timely decision-making across the business unit.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Implement and operate cybersecurity controls aligned with global frameworks across IT, OT, cloud, and product environments.
• Coordinate and manage cybersecurity initiatives at local and global levels to protect digital and operational assets.
• Strengthen the security of manufacturing networks, industrial control systems, and IT/OT interfaces.
• Support cybersecurity incident detection, response, and remediation in collaboration with SOC and MSSP partners.
• Contribute to risk management, compliance, and audit activities against international standards and regulations.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices while supporting leadership decisions as deputy to the Global Cybersecurity Manager.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in cybersecurity or IT/OT security roles.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity controls, risk assessments, and incident response processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT, OT, cloud, SaaS, and product or embedded systems security.
• Proven ability to work effectively in international, matrix-driven organizations.
• Fluent business-level English and Spanish, with additional languages considered an advantage.

The role is part of the Business Unit Cybersecurity team, working in close partnership with global cybersecurity leadership, IT, OT, engineering, and manufacturing stakeholders.
