Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to lead commissioning, startup, and validation of complex conveyor systems at multiple project sites in Mexico City. You will configure 24VDC MDR systems on Dematic ECC or Honeywell Intelligrated platforms, and verify Ethernet/IP/CANBus networks while ensuring safety I/O configurations and E-Stop testing.

Formación

4+ years in industrial controls commissioning, MHE automation, or field service engineering.
Experience with Amazon fulfillment/distribution center projects.
Technical expertise with 24VDC MDR systems and OEM platforms (Dematic ECC or Honeywell Intelligrated).
Strong knowledge of Ethernet/IP and CANBus networking and troubleshooting.
Proven capability in I/O checking, Safety I/O configuration, E-Stop testing, and circuit validation.
Ability to travel 100% to project sites as required.

Responsabilidades

System Commissioning & Startup: Full-lifecycle commissioning and validation of high-speed conveyor lines.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot MDR conveyor systems on Dematic ECC or Honeywell Intelligrated platforms.
Map and troubleshoot Ethernet/IP and CANBus fieldbus networks for control devices and MDR cards.
Perform comprehensive hardware and safety validation, including E-Stop and Safety I/O configurations.
Execute SAT scripts, close punch lists, and complete pre-commissioning verifications.
Collaborate with site safety, mechanical, software teams, and client representatives for on-time handoff.
