Job summary

Gamma Recruitment is seeking a high-performance sales professional to drive growth in the industrial automation sector. You will build opportunities, influence decisions, and close deals with top-tier customers across Ensenada, San Luis Rio Colorado, Tijuana, and Mexicali.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in technical/solutions sales, a Mechatronics/Electromechanical engineering background, and a proven hunter mentality. Fluent English and a strategic, CRM-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical/solutions sales (industrial automation preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
Proven track record in hunting, closing, and exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling to OEMs and/or End Users.
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
Background in automation technologies.
Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.
English fluent.

Apply proactive selling to understand customer challenges and deliver high-value solutions.
